Frequently Asked Questions
Simply add items to your cart and checkout. If your items requires customization (i.e. colors, names, monograms etc) just add that info to your notes at checkout, or on the item if it’s available.

The only places I currently ship to is USA and Canada. If you are in another country and would like to order from me, please send me a message and I can set up a custom listing for you.
By commissioning kimtown, Kim Townsend, to complete your requested order, you understand that due to the custom nature of every item created, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
Furthermore, some colors may vary slightly on your monitor/phone from the actual product. If you’d like to view any colors (and you are local to the Frederick area) I don’t mind meeting with you to go over color and/or fabric choices.
Project timelines vary greatly.
Custom orders take 4-6 weeks depending on the project; sometimes sooner, sometimes later; there may be other projects ahead of yours. Should you need an item quicker than I can put it in the order line and create it, CONTACT ME RIGHT AWAY so I can provide you with turnaround times.
If you are leaving for the holidays, a vacation, a cruise etc, ASK ME FIRST so I can be sure I can create your order before you depart. You can pay a rush fee should you need it sooner.
Standard In-Stock Items
Standard items that I have in stock are typically sent out within 3 business days. However, due to weather, natural disasters or other emergencies may be longer. If there is a delay you will be notified.
